New in my Gallery: In the Mallorn Wood

MallornWood Ian D Anderson 1024x768 New in my Gallery: In the Mallorn Wood
In the remnant old growth Mallorn forests are found uniquely adapted species that occur in no other habitat. Here, technology has been put to work to bring to life a fantasy ecosystem from Middle Earth. This flight of fancy was conceived with E-on Vue with a custom mallorn tree species adapted from the sequoia species sold from Cornucopia 3D. The insects are modeled with the Art of Illusion freeware mesh modeler. The bracken ferns are another custom species made using photographs of bracken ferns from right where I live.
